Your Military Strength is determined by various actions in ME3, but also is one place where the consequences of your choices throughout the trilogy most consistently echoes. The rating that really matters is your Total Military Strength - your War Assets - as this is the one that will determine what happens in the final stages of Mass Effect 3's story. This menu will break down the War Assets you've acquired in a handful of categories - the same categories we use later on this page - but also give you a total milirary strength score, effective military strength score, and a readiness rating. On this guide, we list every single War Asset in ME3 and their TMS values, plus broadly explain the system and what you need to know about War Assets in a more general way, so you know how much you need to think about this system in relation to your progress in Mass Effect 3. To survive the war with the Reapers, the basic mission of Shepard and crew in Mass Effect 3 is to prepare and recruit as many different people, technologies, weapons, and anything else you can get your hands on to have the best Total Military Strength possible. BioWare settled on the idea of War Assets and a unique statistic called Total Military Strength, or TMS. Since she clearly wasn't hired on her VA talent, what other reason should be considered besides nepotism (either pandering to IGN or to her personally).Mass Effect 3 is all about fighting a huge war for the sake of the fate of the whole galaxy - which is a pretty difficult thing to portray and allow players to keep track of in a choice-based RPG. If they added a male character with a low quality VA I'd think the exact same thing, it has nothing to do with her gender. I could keep naming the amazing women who's talents in the game stood out. Tali's VA is amazing in ME2 and ME3 in particular.
I mean look at Aria T'Loak, Carrie Moss absolutely nails it. The reason people think its nepotism that she was placed in the game is because we have such amazing VA talent compared to her. So let me be clear, I in no way have an issue with the character being a woman, some of the strongest voice actresses in the game are women. Maybe one day people can stop thinking women get opportunities bc of nefarious means. She has a very distinct voice and personality.thats why she was hired. It's 2021.attractive women can do things. Originally posted by 5ean5ean:Jessica Chobot not deserving the job. My bad.Įmily Wong being on the ship = Fair Game. I was wrong.she is a military reporter in ME3. What do you expect me to think.Įmily Wong is a military reporter, she died reporting a battle. Also, I created this topic and you didn't point anyone in particular. so, you can't blame people for thinking it was real life pandering. She is a reporter or something similar in real life, she is not a voice actress. Wong was a investigative reporter and Allers worked for Alliance News Network Battlespace. At the end of the day things havr ti make sense story wise. Just the people who think was chosen bc she worked for IGN. You talk about "WAMEN haters" but you are heavily biased too.ġ. And even in the worst case, I want another woman, give me Emily Wong. She is a bad voice actress, I am not to blame. I didn't even know that stuff about Allers. Are you criticizing me? What are you talking about, Femshep is my goddess.
